Many of us have limited beliefs about ourselves and how life should be,we therefore repeat patterns, feel very dissatisfied with life, we become unhappy with relationships, our careers and so much more. We look externally for our happiness, we look to other people and outside influences like money, food, and material things to bring us joy,and then we discover that none of these things bring us contentment, still we feel like something is missing?
All of the answers lie inside us, we are co-creaters and really we create our own happiness, our own realities and joy.
When we embody 100% of our divinity we become the people that we were truly meant to be, our lives become full of bliss, fulfillment, love, joy, abundance and empowerment. We must really take responsibility for our own lives and look at ourselves, work on our negative ego and thought patterns and beliefs, work on staying in our own power, and not forget to ask the universe and the spiritual hierarchy for help and support. This is what ascension is all about!!
The problem with humanity is that we have become separate beings, separate from our divine selves, separate from other people, thinking that we have to go it alone, when really we are all part of the same thing, we all came from the same source and we will all go back to that same source.
We also forget that we all have the potential to be "Masters" and create the lives that we so rightly deserve, so start today and look inside yourself and see what you can do to bring about positive changes into your life!!

Many of you maybe aware that there have been huge changes that have been taking place for number of years now and that there is talk about the "great shift" that will affect not only us, but mother earth too. Big shifts in energy are taking place and as a result we have been experiencing what is known as "Ascension Symptoms". These symptoms do not last forever but whilst you are experiencing them it can make you feel somewhat strange and may make you feel like you are going crazy!! There has been lots of talk about the future of the earth and us, especially "2012" and it is hard to comprehend exactly what is going to happen, so many different ideas and views on this subject and the information out there is very diverse, there is much speculation (just search the net and you will see). We are experiencing lots of changes in and around our lives at the moment and all of this enables a shift in consciousness globally and personally!! Life just feels weird right now wouldnt you agree?
